Silvestro Niboli, an industrial from Brescia, establishes FONDITAL.
The first plant is located in Vestone in Val Sabbia, and manufactures aluminium radiator under its own brand name, employing more than a hundred people.
Today FONDITAL has five production plants that employ 550 people in all, making it the largest employer in Val Sabbia. |

The constant need to procure high quality raw materials led Silvestro Niboli to buy a metal refinery.
This resulted in RAFFMETAL becoming part of his industrial group.
Today, RAFFMETAL is an independent production unit that supplies its products not only Fondital, but that extends its sales network throughout Italy and the whole of Europe. |

In 1987 VALSIR was founded. This Company produces domestic and industrial waste system.
This Company was established due to the owner’s conviction that flame retardant polypropylene and polyethylene were the most suitable material for these applications.
In just a few years, the Valsir catalogue has been extended to include new products – an entire range of items for meeting all waste and water piping system needs. |

The Group’s studied business strategy led to the acquisition of NOVA FLORIDA, a Company that produces dei-cast aluminium radiators and markets them under their own brand name.
Over time new lines has been added to the NOVA FLORIDA product range-decorative radiators, gas radiators and wall-mounted and floor-standing boilers. |

With a view to increasing the production of flushing cisterns and to make components interchangeable, Valsir went into partnership with OLIVEIRA & IRMÃO, a Portuguese Company that specialises in manufacturing toilet flushing units and mechanisms and component for ceramic cisterns.
OLIVEIRA & IRMÃO also markets Nova Florida aluminium radiators and boilers in Portugal. |

A new Company, OLIVER INTERNATIONAL, is created to marked Oliveira & Irmão products.
The rapid development of this Company and the wide ranging market need led OLIVER INTERNATIONAL to produce the structures for toilet flushing cisterns and some of the components themselves. |

the company MOLDAVEIRO, dedicated to the
production and maintenance of the molds for

Eastern Europe. Since its foundation, VALROM

an opening into new sectors under strong

of intumescent seals for fire doors and seals
for door and window frames, as well as in the
realisation of galvanic treatments for plastic.
